When using the included pages on this site, you signify your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. The content of all web sites owned by Girl Scouts is foreseen only for personal, noncommercial use by the users who visit our site. You can read copy and print the Content posted on this site subject to the following conditions:

The Girl Scouts have the sole right and exclusive by virtue of its Congressional Charter (parliamentary constitution), 36 U.S.C. section 80106 et. seq., to possess and use all trademarks, service marks, trademarks, emblems, badges, descriptive marks or designated and other words used now or in the future in the implementation of its program, and is the owner of the name, service mark and trademark GIRL SCOUTS and all other names, marks, slogans, logos, associated logos and designs, including but not limited to, the distinctive mark of the trefoil, to the uniforms of GSUSA and other indications of property, names and brands “Girl Scouts of the United States of America", "Brownie Girl Scouts", "Junior Girl Scouts", "Daisy Girl Scouts" and "Cadette/Senior Girl Scouts", and registered trademarks and service marks such as WHERE GIRLS GROW STRONG, FOR EVERY GIRL EVERYWHERE, GIRLSPORTS and STUDIO 2B (hereinafter referred to as identified collectively as the "Intellectual Property").

All other trademarks that appear on this web site or through links to other sites are the property of the owners of such marks.
