Caribe Girl Scouts Council is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Caribe Girl Scouts Council makes every effort to respect and protect the privacy of Internet users. Caribe Girl Scouts Council is committed to providing a safe, risk-free and fun for girls who visit our website. We strive to protect all personal information collected through the Internet and help parents and girls to enjoy positive experiences on the Internet. In compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (Online Privacy Protection Act), will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 years without prior verifiable parental consent.

Parents may withdraw their consent and ask that information about their daughters to be deleted from the site by contacting our offices by calling the telephone number (787) 721-5771 or writing to Info@cgspr.com to do this or to see the personal information obtained from their daughters, we must verify the identity of the father or mother of the applicant. When parents withdraw their consent, cease to collect, use or disclose information about that girl. In order to respect the privacy of parents, information collected and used for the sole purpose of obtaining verifiable parental consent or providing notice is not filed by the website in a format that is recoverable if such consent is not obtained after a reasonable time. In addition, you should be aware that the law prohibits collect more information than is strictly necessary to all web sites dedicated to girls under the age of 13 years.

Sending data

Caribe Girl Scouts Council encourages girls to learn more about our organization and, wherever appropriate, to participate in polls and surveys, as well as to send comments, drawings, writings and other materials for posting on our web site. However, we recommend this be done with the knowledge and supervision of parents. We also suggest that girls use an alias, name, nickname, initials, or other alternative to your full name or user name that corresponds to an e-mail address, for all the activities that require you to send public information.
